Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus has been applied to thousands of institutions, homes and industrial facilities for both microbial staining and general cleaning applications. When coupled with mechanical action for maximum material penetration, this clear formula removes/reduces staining from mold, mildew, dirt, soil and other organic debris.
The product leaves an extremely clean surface that can then be treated with a moisture barrier product such as X70 or X90. It is appropriate to apply Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus to both porous and non-porous building materials including, but not limited to: structural framing, cement, block and unfinished drywall. It is also suitable for many interior finished materials, such as; carpeting, upholstery, ceiling tiles, wood, brick, finished drywall and other related materials. The cleaner is available in 5 gallon ready-to-use pails.

Anabec's x70
Anabec's X70 is a moisture barrier product specifically designed for application to unfinished building surfaces, including but not limited to framing lumber, plywood, OSB, brick, block and unfinished drywall following mold remediation.
The product uses nano-technology which allows the ingredients in X70 to penetrate a material’s surface. Application of X70, following the cleaning of the surface with Anabec's Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus, results in an extremely durable physical barrier which resists moisture build-up in the material. When applied in tandem with the Cleaner by a trained applicator under the Anabec, Inc.
Warranty Program, X70 carries a 30 year transferable warranty. X70 is available in 5 gallon ready to use pails.

AnaFRESH
Eradicate odors left by fire, smoke, floods, sewage, mold & mildew
Anafresh is a commercial odor neutralizer that is designed to target and completely eradicate the odors left behind by fires, smoke, flooding, sewage, mold and mildew. Anafresh is formulated with a proprietary blend of biodegradable essential oils, is water soluble and has a neutral pH. It is safe for use on all types of finished and unfinished building materials, furnishings and textiles.
The product can safely be mixed with the Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus, as well as a wide range of cleaners and disinfectants, to create a very effective deodorizing cleaner. The product should not be mixed with bleach-based products. This odor controlling product is available in a 1-quart concentrated formula.
